Ginger-1" piece&lt;br /&gt;7. Lemon juice-1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;8.Corn flour-1/2 tsp. &lt;br /&gt;9.Chilly Powder-1 tsp. &lt;br /&gt;10.Cinnamon and clove powder-1 tsp.&lt;br /&gt;11. Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn&lt;br /&gt;12.Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp &lt;br /&gt;13.Asafoetida-2 pinches &lt;br /&gt;14.Garam masalsa-1/2 tsp. &lt;br /&gt;15.Butter-1/2 tbsp. &lt;br /&gt;16.Ghee-4 tbsp. &lt;br /&gt;17.Salt -as required&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put the washed spinach in a pan, add very little water (just a sprinkle) and a pinch of salt.&lt;br /&gt;Cover and boil over a high flame for 2 minutes. Cool quickly, or hold under running water in a colander.&lt;br /&gt;Put in a mixie, add green chilli and run for a minute, do not make very smooth.&lt;br /&gt;Keep aside.&lt;br /&gt;Cut the potatoes into big pieces. /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clean the prawn, then add chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chilly, lime-juice, water, ginger and boil nicely till water is dried up, add grinded garlic, small In other pan pour oil and when it is heated put coconut, chilly powder,coriandar powder,small onion,cumin see,  fry till light brown colour, then grind in the mixie. Add this grinded mix in the bitter gourd plus green chilly. Garlic - 3 whole (grinded)&lt;br /&gt;7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn&lt;br /&gt;8. Capsicum - Red/Yellow/Green - half pieces each sliced&lt;br /&gt;9. Tomatoes - 1 (cut pcs)&lt;br /&gt;10. Green peas - half cup&lt;br /&gt;11. Carrot - half cup&lt;br /&gt;12. Beans - 1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;13. Chilly powder - 1 tspn&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Wash the rice and soak for 45 mins, then drain and keep aside.&lt;br /&gt;2. Steam carrot, green peas and beans and keep aside&lt;br /&gt;3. Pour little oil in a pan and fry the drained rice, and when the color changes, add salt and&lt;br /&gt;water and boil,&lt;br /&gt;4. In another pan, pour oil and fry onion and when the onion becomes light golden brown, add&lt;br /&gt;garlic and when garlic changes its color, add turmeric powder and remove from the oil.&lt;br /&gt;5. Fry the capsicum in left over oil in the pan.
