Wine- Mixed Fruit Wine

Ingredient
Fruits-(Mango, seedless grapes, Orange,Bananna, Apple) 1/4 kg each
Sugar- 1 kg
Yeast-1 tspn
Boiled Water- 3 litre
Lime juice-1 tspn
Cloves and Cinamon-1 each
Method
Mash all the fruits. In luke warm water add sugar and make it to melt then add lime juice, fruits in it and close the bowel for 24 hour, then put yeast in it and slowly stir and tranfer the mix into another jar then add cloves and cinamon in it and cover with a air tight lid for 21 days, after 21 days drain the mix and keep in a bottle.

Toor Dal Rasam

Ingredients
Toor Dal-1/2 cup (Boil nicely and take its water-2 cup)
Garlic-mashed-1 spoon
Small onion -mashed - 2tbspn
Cumin seed or (jeera), fenugeek and mustard seed- 1 tspn
Dried Chilly-2
Malli leaves cut into small peices-1/2 cup
Curry leaves-10 petals
Salt - as required
Oil-as required
Rasam powder-11/2 tspn
Method
Pour oil in a pan, put cumin seed, mustard seed, fenugeek, dreid chilly, curry leaves, garlic, onion, tomato and fry nicely then add rasam powder, salt again mix nicely add toor dal water in it and boil for few minutes, last add malli leaves in it and close with a lid and boil for 1 minutes. Remove from the fire and serve hot with rice.

Curd-Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken-1 kg (skin removed)
Onion-2 (make it paste)
Green Chilly-3 (make paste)
Tomato-2 (cut into small pieces)
Garlic and Ginger paste- 2 tbspn
Malli leaves-2 tbspn
Mint leaves-2 tbspn
Punjabi Garam Masala-2 tbspn
Turmeric-1tspn
Vegetable Oil-3 tbspn
Fat removed Curd-1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Salt-as required
Method
Pour oil in pan when it is heated put onion paste, green chilly paste, ginger and garlic paste and fry nicely then add punjabi garam masala, turmeric powder mix nicely then add chicken in it. Make fire in sim, close the vessel with the lid and boil for 5 minutes then add mint leaves, malli leaves,tomato and salt mix nicely and close the vessel with a lid and boil. When chicken is half boiled add milk in it and mix nicely, then boil till the chicken is cooked. Remove from the fire and serve hot with chappathi or nan.
